At Eagle Web, we have some of the best and most unique designers on the web and we charge less per hour than any other US service at a rate of $25 an hour for html and $37.50 for database, PHP, ASP, and Flash. There is a minimum $375 per job order or 10 hours. How do we do this? Step 2: If you agree to the estimate, pay 50% of the fee upfront and the second 50% when the changes are done and you give final approval of site. Payment arrangements can be made for larger design projects of over $1000. Visit our website design page for prices. Step 3: We will place your current site in a test location. We then ask you what changes need to be done page by page. We make those changes have you review them and then load the site into your live location.
